Gala Hair Artistry is equipped with an Allen Air purifier, with a HEPA filter. If you have any symptoms of any type of illness, please we kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment before the 24 hour mark.

We ask each client to please use our complimentary hand sanitizer upon entering. Each client has the right to request their stylist to wear a mask while services are being performed. It is the clients responsibility to let their stylist know of any allergies they may have with chemicals.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes unforeseen things occur and cancellations may happen. In order to respect the stylist's time, we will charge a 50% cancellation fee of the total service if canceled WITHIN 24 hours of their appointment. No show / no calls will be charged 100% of the service charge.

Children

We understand that being a parent is a lifetime job, but the salon isn’t a safe place for your little ones. We use shears, razors, hot irons, chemicals, etc. We want to ensure your child’s safety by kindly asking you to keep them home unless they are receiving a service. This also allows you to have time to yourself like you deserve!
